The third room has a side sea view and bathroom en-suite. The fourth and fifth bedrooms have twin beds, no view and share a bathroom. Downstairs is a large open plan kitchen and dining room flowing into two sitting rooms. This area leads onto a patio with sitting area. This entire area has amazing sea views due to architecture which uses glass predominantly. The living area also leads onto a large pool deck and outdoor dining area. The scullery and laundry are next to the kitchen and there is a guests WC. Keurbooms beach is a beautiful natural beach ideal for long walks and whale and dolphin watching. Caution is to be taken when bathing as there can be dangerous currents. There is a pool net for small children however parents need to be aware of the stairs and balustrade upstairs. This villa is fully serviced with very up market and luxurious finishes and a stunning location. The Waves is a real spoil!
