Aloha House Number 16 is a charming house situated on the Aloha housing estate in Ponta Mamoli, only a seven-minute walk from the famous Frederico's snorkeling location. This property offers a private beach walkway that leads directly to the beach. The house boasts a beautiful lodge-style layout with five spacious en-suite bedrooms. The bedroom are configured as follows: Bedroom 1: King extra length (sleeps 2) Bedroom 2: King extra length Bedroom 3: King extra length Bedroom 4: Queen bed and 2 bunk beds Bedroom 5: Queen bed and 2 bunk beds All the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, open shelves for clothing storage, and private outside showers. Additionally, the house provides beach and bath towels. The kitchen, dining, and lounge area are situated in a separate building from the bedrooms and offer breathtaking views of the swimming pool and ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hobs, a large oven, two fridges, two chest freezers, a large drinks fridge, a large Scotsman ice machine, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and a blender. All utensils and cleaning equipment are provided, and the house has its own independent water supply with a borehole and a water filtration system which ensures excellent drinking water. The braai area is spacious, allowing guests to socialize while enjoying the beautiful sand underfoot. The house provides braaing utensils and charcoal, and guests need to bring their own firelighters. Guests can also use the beach chairs and gazebo.

Please note that a 4x4 is required to reach the Aloha estate (You need to reduce tyre pressure by 1,2 - 1,5 bars max) No 2x4 vehicles will be permitted on the premises as they are damaging the roads on the estate. The swimming pool at this house has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk. WHAT TO BRING: Toilet Paper Drinking water Food and Drinks All items of a personal nature Firelighters REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT Please take note that there is a R5000 refundable breakage deposit that is refunded within 2 weeks of your departure date, depending on breakage/items missing at the house. STAFF TIP There is a compulsory, daily staff tip of R70 per staff member per day, this includes your day of arrival and departure. The house has a full-time housekeeper and gardener who work at the house. This includes your arrival and departure days. EARLY And LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT Late check-out is on request only. This is due to incoming bookings on the day of your departure. Should the house be available, we will deduct the extra charge of R800.00 from your refundable breakage deposit No Pets are permitted at any of GoBundu houses. Loud music, parties, and functions will not be allowed. House rules in all Estates have a noise level cut off of 10:30 pm. Should you not adhere to these rules GoBundu will retain the full breakage deposit
